Regular cleaning is the foundation of a well-maintained home, performed weekly  fortnightly or Monthly to keep your living spaces fresh and tidy. This routine focuses on essential tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to ensure everyday cleanliness. It’s perfect for maintaining hygiene and preventing clutter from building up, making your home a comfortable and inviting space.

  • Furniture dusted

  • Clean inside appliances
  • Dusting high lights or hangings
  • Cleaning under heavy furniture
  • Wiping down vents
  • Deep cleans walls

  • Window cleaning
  • Folding clothes (can be done with an extra fee)
  • Cleaning inside cupboards, drawers etc..
  • Cleaning inside fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven
  • Clean kitchen range hood filters
  • Organising the wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, and cabinets…
  • Wash the clothes or put them in the washing machine.

Some of the above items can be done with regular cleaning for an extra fee. 

We only focus on high-priority areas like living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms. If you are looking to get the entire house cleaned from top to bottom in one session, you need to choose the deep cleaning option.

Deep cleaning goes beyond the basics of regular cleaning, targeting areas that are often neglected in daily routines. Performed monthly, every 3 month or seasonally, it involves thorough tasks such as scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, and washing walls. This process ensures a more hygienic environment by eliminating hidden dirt and germs, leaving your home refreshed and revitalized.

  • Wall washing or heavy stain removal from walls. Only included spot cleans. 
  • Pressure cleaning of external areas (balconies, driveways, etc.)
  • Cleaning of garages, sheds, or outdoor storage areas
  • Removal of rubbish, furniture, or large items
  • Pest control (e.g., flea treatments for pets)
  • Mould treatment in areas with severe damage or ventilation issues
  • Cleaning of ceilings or high-reach areas without access
  • Light fixture disassembly or fan blade removal
  • Cleaning of curtains or blinds (We only wipe them down & can be added upon request)
  • Appliance disconnection or repair (e.g., ovens not in working condition)
  • Stains on tiles and benchtops.
  • Grout deep cleaning (machine)
  • Garage floor/wall oil stain removal.
  • Ceiling cleaning
  • Stickers or hooks removal 
  • Furniture moving

  • If walls require thorough scrubbing rather than spot cleaning, please be aware that this labour-intensive process, which may add up to 3-4 hours to the vacate cleaning time, incurs an additional fee of $100 – $250 depends on how many walls to be cleaned. 

  • The vacate cleaning price does not cover the garage, garden, alfresco area, eaves, or fence cleaning. We recommend hiring a garden or maintenance service if you need these areas cleaned.

  • Kindly remove all personal items, furniture and rubbish from the property before the vacate clean to avoid additional fees for waste removal. Clearing out belongings extends the time needed, which could otherwise be dedicated to thorough cleaning.

  • If you do not mention extra rooms, areas, size of the property or specific cleaning requirements during booking, additional charges will apply on the day of service.
